Residential Living

Our Residential Living

Our Residential Living provides 24/7 structured and nurturing care for youth males ages 13-17.

We offer trauma focused care for children and adolescents who have experienced loss, trauma, and significant challenges. Our goal is to provide healing treatment and teach new skills so they can be safe and successful in their homes and communities.

SMSS Residental Living serves male youth ages 13 to 17 who have experienced loss, life challenges, trauma, or behavioral concerns that currently make it difficult for them to live safely at home.

Our program uses an individualized, trauma informed, data informed, and evidence based approach to support each youth’s emotional, behavioral, and personal growth. We believe families and caregivers are important partners in the healing process and work to involve them whenever appropriate.

Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can begin to heal, build life skills, develop healthy coping strategies, and prepare for success at home, in school, and in the community. At SMSS, we want every young person to feel supported, valued, and reminded that they matter.
